Keru Ai offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Keru Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:

• Email support@keru.ai with the email you used to purchase and we will process your refund.

After the 30-day window

Beyond 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
