Keru Ai offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Keru Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Keru AI purchases. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to purchase, or
• Email support@keru.ai with your order ID and we will forward your request.

After the 30-day window

Beyond 30 days, refunds are handled at Paddle's discretion under Paddle's Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
